Privacy notice
How Life Pharmacy London uses your personal information. Last updated November 2026.
Who we are
Life Pharmacy London runs three pharmacies: 489 Oxford Street, 213 Brompton Road in Knightsbridge, and inside Selfridges at 400 Oxford Street. For any privacy question, email info@lpharmacy.co.uk.
What we collect
- Messages and orders: when you contact us on WhatsApp, by phone or email, we keep your name, contact details and what you ask us for, so we can help you and complete your order.
- Delivery details: if we deliver or post an order, we use your name, address and phone number to send it.
- Payments: payments are taken by our payment provider. We do not see or store your full card details.
- Health information: if you share information about your health so we can advise you, we use it only to give that advice and to arrange care you ask for, such as a doctor appointment.
How we use it
We use your information to answer your questions, give advice, process and deliver orders, arrange appointments you request, and meet our legal and professional duties as a pharmacy. We do not sell your information. We only share it with those who help us do these things, such as delivery companies, our payment provider and, when you ask us to arrange one, an independent doctor.
Our website
Our website uses Google Fonts and links to Google Maps. When you use these, Google may receive your IP address; see Google’s privacy policy. Our web host may also collect basic visit statistics. Links to WhatsApp take you to that service, which has its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep information only as long as we need it for the reasons above, or as long as the law or our professional rules require.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email info@lpharmacy.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
